Engagement outcomes
Engagement Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, published by the RIBA in January 2024, states engagement outcomes: ‘Relate to the results and findings of the engagement and how they inform project decisions, in particular, record whether the outcomes are applied or not. Engagement outcomes typically include activities, results, and conclusions and can be linked to measurements of success to evaluate the effectiveness of the engagement process in achieving its aims and objectives.’
